Advanced Negotiation
Building on the frameworks and tools learned in a Negotiation Fundamentals course, in an Advanced Negotiation workshop (1-3 days in length), participants add to their repertoire on such things as:
- responding to difficult tactics and behaviors productively and purposefully;
- changing a firm "no" to a yes by crafting a yesable proposition;
- planning for and engaging in multi-party negotiations;
- handling strong feelings in negotiation;
- applying new tools and techniques to their own live, upcoming negotiation.
