Advanced Negotiation

Building on the frameworks and tools learned in a Negotiation Fundamentals course, in an Advanced Negotiation workshop (1-3 days in length), participants add to their repertoire on such things as:

  • responding to difficult tactics and behaviors productively and purposefully;
  • changing a firm "no" to a yes by crafting a yesable proposition;
  • planning for and engaging in multi-party negotiations;
  • handling strong feelings in negotiation;
  • applying new tools and techniques to their own live, upcoming negotiation.
