Strategic Negotiation Fundamentals

This course, typically 1-3 days in length, introduces participants to the "7 element" interest-based negotiation model through a variety of exercises, case studies, role plays, discussions, and teach pieces. Through this workshop, participants:

  • deepen their self-awareness around the assumptions they bring to the negotiation table;
  • learn and practice a structured methodology for preparation;
  • learn and practice "at the table" skills for creating productive, and purposeful dialogue;
  • apply the frameworks and tools to their own live, upcoming negotiations.
