That being said, internally we judge client satisfaction on different metrics. As a boutique specialized firm, we engage a limited, select number of clients, and we cultivate collaborative partnerships with them. To us, the best evidence of our clients' satisfaction is our portfolio of clients, in which you will find several decade-long relationships, and many other multi-year relationships.

We believe it is because we form an intimacy with our clients in which we gain a deep understanding of their needs and objectives, and put CMPartners' full energy, resources, and attention on creating sustainable impact for them. Our clients value that close contact, and our flexibility - and ability! - to adapt to their ongoing needs.

We focus on making sure our clients can move their awareness and understanding of how to do things "better" forward to action - executing it within their business context. Typically, it takes an ongoing business relationship to make that happen, and because of the dedication and attention we bring to the execution task, we have become a "Trusted Advisor" to many of our clients, and our client base has consistently grown without any kind of formal marketing effort.
