Jeffrey Kerr is a Managing Director with CambridgeAlliance company Triad Consulting Group, where he teaches communication, conflict resolution, and strategic relationship management. His clients include BP, Citrix, Conoco, Genentech, Honda, Merck, Merrill Lynch,PwC, and Sepracor.
In addition to work in the private sector, Jeffrey continues his career-long commitment to the public sector. He consults to Boston area health and mental health centers, where he helps individuals and teams to improve and repair key relationships. His clients include the Latino Health Institute and Southern Jamaica Plain Community Health Center.
Jeffrey has also consulted to couples and families for over 25 years. He has served as the Executive Director of the Family Institute of Cambridge, a nationally-renowned center for family therapy and systems training, and is currently on the faculty there. He is a consultant for Harvard's Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School, where he teaches negotiation and communication, and is a guest lecturer at Harvard Business School. Jeffrey is Executive Director of HumanMatters, and a core member of a corporate leadership development initiative at The Monitor Consulting Group.
