Senior Consultant

Ted Crass brings extensive international business and policy experience to his work for CMPartners. At CMPartners, he works with corporate, governmental, and university clients worldwide on negotiation strategy, alliance management, stakeholder facilitation, capacity building, and training. In addition, he works with religious organizations, churches, and leadership on mission, structural issues and conflict. He also directs the firm's collaborative program with the University of Kashmir.

Prior to joining CMPartners, Ted founded and served as president of a U.S. and Asian-based software company, developing solutions for the transportation and logistics industries. He has also held corporate management positions in new venture development and general management for the SGS Group. He began his career as international trade specialist in a leading Washington trade law practice where he provided analysis to global clientele on regulatory developments, legislation, trade disputes, negotiations and agreements. He has worked worldwide and was based in Japan and Indonesia for eight years.

Ted holds BA and MPA degrees in government and public policy from the University of Texas, an MBA from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland, and is completing graduate divinity studies at Harvard University. He is a Supreme Court-certified mediator in the State of Florida.
