Rebecca Subar has over 20 years experience as a facilitator, trainer, coach and consultant to leaders in private and nonprofit organizations. She focuses on leadership skills, planning processes and strategies for effective communication and relationship management. She has led workshops on a range of topics, including conflict resolution, leadership development, and time management. She has assisted community groups struggling with political or identity-based issues. Subar’s particular interest is the Middle East, where she lived for four years. She speaks Hebrew and has facilitated dialogue among American Jews and Arabs on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

Rebecca’s diverse pre-consulting experience includes project management at Citibank and organizational development at Prudential HealthCare. She was Director of Consulting for LaSalle University’s Nonprofit Center, Executive Director of Women’s Anti-Violence Education, and Associate Director of The Shalom Center.

Rebecca received a BA from Barnard College at Columbia University and a Master in Public Administration from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
