Debbie Goldstein is a Managing Director at CambridgeAlliance company Triad Consulting Group, and specializes in the fields of mediation, negotiation and conflict resolution. Debbie has served as a member of the teaching team at Harvard Law School for the Negotiation Course for many years, and is a Lecturer at Tufts University School of Medicine. She also teaches lawyers and business professionals through the Harvard Program for the Instruction of Lawyers. Debbie is a mediator in Massachusetts.
Debbie’s varied clients include Citigroup, Merck, Honda, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Prudential, Shell, Aon, Boeing, Hewlett Packard, Sepracor and the Social Security Administration. She has helped mediate family business disputes and coached executives through difficult decision making and managing critical relationships. She has given speeches all over the United States for the Women’s Leadership Exchange, an organization that supports women in business. Her work also takes her internationally, recently to Ethiopia, where she worked with the Members of Parliament, and to Cyprus, where she taught public policy students from across the globe. In the public sector, she founded and ran a free legal aid clinic called LINK (Legal Initiative for Kids) for the patients at Massachusetts General Hospital’s Chelsea outpost. Her writing has appeared in the Boston Globe Magazine and Management Information Exchange Journal.
Debbie is a graduate of Williams College and Boston College Law School. After college, Debbie lived in Chicago chasing (and catching) her dream of becoming a jazz vocalist.
